The BEST Center Advisory Board was established to provide guidance to the BEST Center of Eastern NC in the following areas: facility design, construction, training programs, facilities/equipment requirements, operations, outreach, and marketing. The Advisory Board meets quarterly to discuss strategy, performance, and open issues. Membership is flexible based on life cycle, organization, and need.
